As a rule, screening tests can be conducted at our R&D Center with materials with a particle size of up to 25 mm (1”) and cut-sizes of 0.04 mm to 18 mm.

The philosophy of our test plant involves the scale-up concept. This means that by using the tests machines, real life conditions can be accurately simulated.

Our 75 years of experience with vibrating screens provide the basis for successfully transferring test results to real applications out in the field.

The following screening systems from our product range are available for conducting screening tests at our R&D Center:

• circular vibrating screens (Free-Line, Speed-Line)
• linear vibrating screens (Flat-Line)
• directly excited screen cloths (Fine-Line)

All tests can be carried out with or without a spraying system.
