When mining iron ore a large amount of fine materials accumulate. Having no economic use in the past, these fine materials today are a valuable raw material for the production of sinter mix and iron ore pellets. Pelletizing is one of the most well-known processes for agglomerating iron ore fines.

The solution we provide for this technical requirement is our HAVER^® GR 7500 pelletizing disc. These gigantic discs with a diameter of 7.5 meters achieve throughputs of up to 150 t/hr and assure a large yield of pellets in the desired size.
